In 2016, a friend encouraged me to create sewing pattern e-books, and TINAlisa was born.
A perfect fit is important to me. Most of my e-books also include instructions on taking measurements and adjusting the pattern to your individual needs.
I also place great value on versatility. Most patterns use a mix-and-match system with different bodice, sleeve, collar, skirt, and other elements, allowing you to put together your own individual design. Other patterns can be reinterpreted again and again with pattern extensions (add-ons).
All patterns are available as multi-size patterns in A4 and large format (A0). For several years now, newer patterns have included layers and a seam allowance that can be shown or hidden.
A little about my background
After completing my studies in Trier in 1984, I worked for over 30 years both in the fashion industry (design, pattern making, and garment construction) and for private clients (from alterations to individual, made-to-measure wedding dresses).
From 2011 to 2016, I mainly created costumes for clubs and associations: designing, drafting patterns, and making carnival guard uniforms and show dance costumes. Stage outfits for metal bands were also occasionally part of my repertoire.
Recently, I have been returning more and more to my long-standing passion for costumes. Here, too, it was important to me that the patterns could be used in many different ways, giving you every opportunity to create anything from a wedding dress or graduation ball gown to a princess costume.
So if you enjoy Halloween, cosplay, LARP, reenactment, steampunk, carnival, or historical costumes, you are sure to find something here. There will certainly be more to come in the future.
